OK, a little background. Cortny couldn't make it to this race. She had to work. Secondly, Code had gotten up at 2:30 to be at my house by 3am. I had gotten up at 3am to great him. Cortny lead us through the Metro trek with relative ease. OK, Snowgaine took place in the snow this year and my biggest concern was warmth. We decided to opt for boots over shoes because of the depth of the snow and the fact that we were going to be hiking and not running the course. I have a pair of Wildcat boots which are very warm and water proof, that I've used for short winter hikes in the past with great success and comfort. My only concern was
